Now Hiring: Part-time Permanent and Seasonal Retail Sales Associates

Join our growing specialty bakery teams in Newton and Mashpee!

We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery located on Cape Cod with our first retail outpost in historic Waban Square. 

Open 7 days a week, you’ll need to be free for rotating into our hopping weekend shifts along with another 10–16 hours per week in a set monthly schedule. 

We are excited to participate in local farmer’s markets this summer. If this is your jam, too, reliable, spacious transportation that can carry equipment and coolers to set up the farmers market and ability to work independently are critical, along with outstanding communication and computer skills.

You’ll bring excellent customer service and sales know-how, retail merchandising and POS experience—and a great vibe! Big bonus points for sign making. 

These sales roles are ideal for folks managing special diets and/or food allergies, and who are conversant and confident in learning and clearly conveying our critical information around ingredients, allergens and baking processes. 

Prior F&B industry or special diets experience preferred. 

These are part-time permanent or seasonal positions with perks like super loyal customers (= sweet tips), flexible weekday shifts and a savory employee discount. While our bakes exclude gluten and grains we are an inclusive team.
